* Prices displayed at checkout are final, excluding shipping or additional charges.
* You must provide accurate payment information.
* All charges, including shipping and taxes, must be paid.


SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Method:  An Post.
Shipping Cost: €8 flat rate within the Republic of Ireland.
Processing Time: 2–5 business days.
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Risk of Loss: Passes to you once handed to An Post.
Delays outside our control are not our responsibility.


SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY

Custom-Made Products: No returns or cancellations unless defective or damaged.

Faulty/Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days with order number, description, and photos for replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: No refunds for preference-based reasons.

Incorrect/Lost Parcels: Assistance provided, not liable for delays outside our control.
